Really well done guide, with over 120 recipes based on natural yeast. Finally, I can make with sourdough, from soft bread to desserts, with simple recipes that explain me step by step how to do it. Enough, hard and heavy loaves, I can finally bring good, light bread to the table.

I became passionate about baking bread at home and thanks to this book, I became a real expert! It explains everything step by step. Complete with over 120 recipes, from bread to cakes and more. I must say that the satisfaction is great when you pull a well-risen, golden, crispy and delicious bread out of the oven. All written in a simple and easy-to-make manner. I recommend.
