I really love this book of sourdough recipes. It explains about the starter, how to make it and store it. It has a ton of delicious recipes, including some sweet breads. I also like the free tutorial of videos that walk you through bread making, step by step. I'm really glad I found this cookbook and suggest that you give this book a try, if you like homemade bread like I do.
