I started my great challenge thanks to this book, I always prepare recipes but I had never dared with the bakery and with the "sourdough recipe book" I am learning to master baking with sourdough, I have already made bread recipes and the result has been exquisite but the best thing is that in this book there are many recipes to master the bakery.

I became passionate about baking bread at home and thanks to this book, I became a real expert! It explains everything step by step. Complete with over 120 recipes, from bread to cakes and more. I must say that the satisfaction is great when you pull a well-risen, golden, crispy and delicious bread out of the oven. All written in a simple and easy-to-make manner. I recommend.
