My friend recently gave me a sourdough starter and I wanted to learn more about what I can make with it. This book is full of a variety of recipes that include sourdough that range from things such as banana bread, chive and garlic breadsticks, easy whole wheat bread, pretzel balls, flatbread pizza, and so much more. The recipes are clear and easy to understand. There are helpful tips as well for how to store sourdough starters.
