A diabetic’s best friend in the kitchen!
I was skeptical at first how can a cookbook with over 2000 recipes actually be useful? But let me tell you, this book delivers. The recipes are quick, simple, and actually taste good. I’ve tried other diabetic cookbooks that left me hungry and unsatisfied, but not this one. It’s packed with variety, so I never feel like I’m eating the same thing over and over. Plus, the desserts are a dream come true for someone with a sweet tooth!

I became passionate about baking bread at home and thanks to this book, I became a real expert! It explains everything step by step. Complete with over 120 recipes, from bread to cakes and more. I must say that the satisfaction is great when you pull a well-risen, golden, crispy and delicious bread out of the oven. All written in a simple and easy-to-make manner. I recommend.
